Some 120 golfers are taking part in the 27th Bhutan Zimdra open golf tournament, which began today in Thimphu.
Golfers from Afghanistan, Nepal and Bangladesh are also participating in the four day event.
The tournament is an annual sporting event organized to promote golf in the country.
Sponsored by Zimdra, the tournament is organized by the Bhutan Golf Federation in association with Bhutan Olympic Committee.
The finals will be played on Sunday.
