Over 60 exhibitors from six different countries are taking part in the 9th Construction Expo, which began in Thimphu today.

The number of women candidates for the upcoming parliamentary elections is dismal this time too. In fact, the figure has gone down compared to 2013 elections.

The National Law Review Taskforce has recommended the adoption of seven new laws to address the lack of laws or inadequacy of the existing laws on certain subjects. 

The health ministry will conduct annual health checkups for the civil servants starting next month. The checkup will be mandatory. It is being initiated following a request from the Royal Civil Service Commission (RCSC).
