Wangsel Institute and BTCL sign MoU

Wangsel Institute in Paro signed a Memeorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Bhutan Tourism Corporation Limited (BTCL). The MoU is aimed at supporting the institute’s photography project for its students with hearing impairment.
