Bhutanese vehicles allowed to ply despite Assam strike

Despite strikes in the Indian state of Assam, about 100 Bhutanese vehicles were allowed to move toward Phuentshogling, Gelegphu, Nganglam and Jomotshangkha from Samdrup Jongkhar, today.
