To understand and respect such existing landscape, for the first time in the country, an International Competition on Cultural Landscape in Bhutan in 2014, was conducted.

A 10-day Choeshey programme at Paro College of Education ended today. It was presided over by Yangbi Lopen Rimpoche. Around 1,000 students and locals attended the programme. Choeshey programme focused on the rarity of human hood, taking refuge in Kenchosum and turning one’s mind into Bodhichitta. It was aimed to help students understand that helping others can be done without material wealth.
