A team from Monggar won the Yangphel style traditional archery tournament held in Trashigang. The final match of the tournament was played today. The team from Kanglung came second followed by Radhi team.

Nationwide hunt for female archers,

The Bhutan Archery Federation is on a nationwide talent hunt for female national archers. The hunt for national women archers began from Trashigang. Twelve women took part in the archery coaching camp organised in Kanglung by the Bhutan Archery Federation. They are chasing the dream to become a national women archer. After similar coaching camps in Gelegphu and Thimphu, only two women will be selected.

A three-day Joint Judo Training Camp with the Nepal Judo Association began in Thimphu, yesterday. The Nepal and Bhutan Judo Associations will undergo high-level training that will end in a friendly team match, tomorrow.
